Fiscalidad verde y percepciones estudiantiles
sobre el consumo de bolsas plásticas
artículo analiza la percepción de estudiantes universitarios sobre la tributación
aplicada a las bolsas de plástico, tomando en cuenta el papel que la educación
ambiental tiene al afrontar esta problemática social. Metodológicamente, se trata
de una investigación de tipo y nivel explicativo, con una muestra de 129
estudiantes de carreras técnicas del distrito Mala en Perú. Los resultados
evidencian que los estudiantes consideran la educación ambiental y la tributación
ambiental como mecanismos idóneos para afrontar los desafíos ecológicos
actuales. Finalmente, se concluye que para fortalecer y mejorar los alcances de la
educación ambiental es necesario integrar elementos novedosos, como la
tributación ambiental, articulada a enfoques interdisciplinares y metodologías
activas complementarías, para promover una cultura tributaria eficiente y
comprometida ecológicamente.

Ethical dimensions of environmental taxation: green taxation and
student perceptions of plastic bag consumption
Abstract
The growing global ecological crisis exposes the multiple shortcomings of
Western society which masks a culture of predation of nature and its non-
renewable resources. In the midst of this, environmental education emerges as an
alternative proposal to promote a critical, responsible and committed citizenship
to sustainable development, with an intergenerational perspective according to
present needs. By virtue of the above, the article analyzes the perception of
university students on the taxation applied to plastic bags, taking into account the
role that environmental education has in facing this social problem.
Methodologically, this is an explanatory type and level of research, with a sample
of 129 students of technical careers in the Mala district in Peru. The results show
that students consider environmental education and environmental taxation as
suitable mechanisms to face current ecological challenges. Finally, it is concluded
that in order to strengthen and improve the scope of environmental education it is
necessary to integrate novel elements, such as environmental taxation, articulated
