Resumen
El objetivo principal del artículo es estudiar el desarrollo histórico de la regulación legal de los negocios en el Medio Oriente durante un cierto período de tiempo. Para ello, el objeto de estudio es el período histórico comprendido entre principios de 1950 y 1999. Por tanto, la tarea científica es considerar cómo se desarrolló y desarrolló el sector empresarial en Oriente Medio a lo largo del siglo XX. Así, la metodología de la investigación implica el uso del método histórico y el método de la hermenéutica. Estos métodos contribuyeron a los hallazgos clave del estudio. Como resultado, se llevó a cabo el desarrollo histórico de la regulación legal del sector empresarial en Medio Oriente. Se caracteriza y presenta la visión del autor de las etapas históricas clave de la regulación empresarial en un país en particular. Se señaló qué leyes específicas se crearon, qué políticas se introdujeron y cuáles fueron las principales empresas reguladas de ese período. Sin embargo, el estudio se ve limitado al considerar sólo un país de Oriente Medio: Jordania. Las perspectivas de futuras investigaciones sugieren tener en cuenta el siglo XXI según sus características.
