Resumen

Este estudio analiza el efecto de las creencias tradicionales de rol de género en la intención emprendedora de adolescentes, considerando el papel mediador de cuatro habilidades clave: creatividad, proactividad, aversión al riesgo y locus de control interno. Para ello, se aplicó una encuesta a 645 estudiantes de bachillerato en México con escalas adaptadas y validadas. Se llevaron a cabo análisis factorial exploratorios para evaluar la estructura y fiabilidad de las escalas, y se empleó un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales basado en PLS-SEM para contrastar las hipótesis planteadas. Los resultados muestran que las creencias igualitarias se asocian con menor aversión al riesgo y un locus de control más interno, mientras que las creencias excluyentes predicen lo contrario. Todas las habilidades se relacionaron significativamente con la intención emprendedora, aunque la aversión al riesgo presentó una relación positiva inesperada. Estos hallazgos aportan información relevante para diseñar programas educativos orientados a la equidad.
