Resumen
El objetivo del estudio fue examinar la esencia y la dinámica de los cambios en la relación entre el derecho nacional y el supranacional en el contexto de los procesos de globalización. El trabajo realizó un análisis jurídico comparativo de los mecanismos regulatorios en varios países, Azerbaiyán, Israel, Irán y Turquía, que sirvieron como ejemplos de diversos grados de apertura a la influencia jurídica internacional y diferentes modelos de interacción con los procesos de globalización. Se estableció que la globalización, como fenómeno multidimensional, tuvo un impacto directo en la reducción de la jurisdicción nacional. Como resultado del estudio, se propuso el concepto de soberanía adaptativa, que contempla la capacidad de los Estados para responder con flexibilidad a los desafíos globales, preservando al mismo tiempo los fundamentos de la identidad jurídica y el control sobre el espacio jurídico interno.
