Resumen

Este estudio analizó los factores psicológicos que influyen en la motivación y la eficiencia de los empleados, específicamente de los docentes de la Universidad Estatal de Kirguistán. Una encuesta reveló que el estilo de gestión, la alineación de los valores personales y corporativos, la optimización de la carga de trabajo, las oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, la retroalimentación, el apoyo de los compañeros, el estado emocional y el uso de la tecnología impactan significativamente la motivación y la productividad. Se observó que los estilos de gestión democráticos y transformacionales impulsan el compromiso, mientras que los enfoques autocráticos lo dificultan. Los elementos clave para una alta productividad incluyeron oportunidades de desarrollo profesional, retroalimentación, apoyo de los compañeros y tecnologías modernas, que mejoraron los procesos de trabajo y la eficiencia. El estudio enfatizó la importancia de un entorno laboral de apoyo que fomente la motivación y la productividad, con énfasis en la seguridad, la confianza, los objetivos claros, el desarrollo profesional, el trabajo en equipo, el equilibrio entre la vida laboral y personal, el reconocimiento y un bajo nivel de estrés. Sin embargo, se demostró que la carga de trabajo excesiva y el agotamiento emocional afectan negativamente la productividad. En general, un enfoque integral para la gestión y el apoyo a los empleados es esencial para mantener una alta motivación y eficiencia.
