The journal applies an APC of €200–€400 per accepted article, depending on length and editorial complexity. All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review with at least two external reviewers. No submission or review fees are charged, and payment does not influence the editorial decision.

Only after editorial acceptance.

Refunds
Full refund in the event of an editorial error that prevents publication after payment. Refunds do not apply to voluntary withdrawal after acceptance or to cases of misconduct.

Payment and Invoice
Payment methods: bank transfer, card, or institutional payment. Invoices may be issued to the author or the author’s institution. VAT at 21% where applicable; intra-/extra-EU transactions per current regulations.

Clarification
The APC (Article Processing Charges) for each accepted article will be billed to the authors and managed exclusively through the Fundación Ediciones Clío, the institution responsible for financing the periodical publications supported by said entity.

APC revenues support the development of our open-access book catalogue (libros.edicionesclio.com), thereby promoting freedom and accessibility of knowledge.
